Month 3 and I have noticable gains. I have been consistently accomplishing my calorie surplus of 3500 calories per day. Still eating a diet of mostly brown rice and legumes. I have a new affection for black beans and black eyed peas. Just an FYI a combination of legumes and rice create a complete protein. I'm still putting in work at the gym. My workouts consist of the following:

1. Light cardio ( skipping, running on the spot, jumping jacks) anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes.

2. Warming up my joints and muscles with resistance bands. Anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes.

3. Calesthenics ( dips, pull ups chin ups) 15 to 20 minutes)

4. Circuit training with either free weights or machines. ( 15 to minutes)

Static to my regimen are 200 pushups, 100 situps, 100 in and outs, 100 Russian twists.
