So it's been 3 months into my calisthenics training. I'm making progress, as you can see my chest is now over the bar when doing pullups. I have some work to do on my front lever as my hips are hanging down a little low and looks more like an advanced L sit. I have been training explosive as well which I will have some video of soon. One thing I have found is my body feels heavier more than likely because of the off season lean bulk I'm doing.
