This is the last month of my quote-unquote lean bulk I was a real great and fun experience for me I got to indulge in carbohydrates for the last six months and it's been an amazing experience I believe that low glycemic index carbohydrates are the way to go if you want to put on some good size and that carbs should never be something that you restrict to gain and its aesthetic experience always ingest carbs I believe you can toggle the amount that you ingested any given time based on your goals but never cut them out of your diet glucose is something your body needs and carbohydrates are the way to get the glucose don't be pulled into these fad diets I do have an article on keto but by no means of the imagination do I endorse it it's there as an informative Source only for me I won't be going with the keto diet I will be going with some type of modified diet I was thinking acting that is something I don't want to do for the most part I plan on keeping carbohydrates a fundamental part of my meals and reducing My overall caloric intake to about 2,000 calories per day and increase in cardiovascular exercise not restricting anyone make renewtri
