Freestyle Pushups

I started training explosive during the months of September and October just to make an attempt at freestyle pushups. Although it's my first attempt here is some video. I managed to get off a single clap, superman, Aztec, cross arm, hip touch. Training explosive consisted mostly of full form pushups along with explosive pushups. The first superman actually left the screen because of burst of explosiveness. Push ups have always been a "go to" excersice for me. I would utilize its benefits for increasing my bench strength for years. What I have found is calisthenics adds difficulty and resistance challenge by incorporating explosive movement therefore making the achievement of the movement the first priority and the actual resistance number two. In simple English it's a fun way of staying fit.
