Mr Ray

Mr. Ray is a person that I have met at the York Community Center along with the bunch of other wonderful individuals mr. Ray is someone that I look up to and respect to his ability and being the best person that he can possibly be in this life he is a hard-working individual that is now retired he was recently in a car accident and has not slowed down or giving up on himself he was also hit by a vehicle and it's in constantly in pain and he is not giving up on himself his wife has Alzheimer's and he takes care of himself along with his wife which is just downright incredible it is amazing that he makes time in his busy schedule to make it to the gym and do a few laps around the track along with some resistance training mr.ray is definitely someone God has placed in my path and someone I look up to greatly he is determined he is not a person to give up under any circumstances and despite what he is going through he always meet you with a smile.
