My Experience With Lean Bulking on a Budget Month Two

Already September and I have been hard at work. I have been consistently sticking to my calorie surplus. My day will usually consist of 5 to 6 bowls of cereal, which I have been adding a quarter scoop of protein to and then subsequently eating with water. I have also been eating 3 to 4 bowls of brown rice and legumes of different varieties. I eat when ever I want, sometimes right before bed. I noticed that when entering a bulk phase from a cutting phase my body was not resistant to insulin, so the carbs did not cause any fat gain whatsoever. Keep in mind I was also putting in work at the gym as well.
